Who can use the platform?

Off-Market is primarily for Estate Agents. Buyers and Sellers can sign up but will be assigned an Agent to liaise with for their Property Search / Sale. We also accept Property Developers

What are support hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Please leave a message, and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I provide feedback?

Absolutely! We welcome your feedback to improve our services. You can send your thoughts to info@off-market.com. Your input is invaluable to us.

How does it work?

Once you sign up we will send you emails and videos on all the bits you'll need to add, edit and manage the properties. It's super easy and intuitive. We can also tee up a demo to give you a tour.
